We’re a new kind of production company. Female-led, focused on inclusivity, and passionate about change. Specialising in talent-led documentaries, specialist factual and arts programming.

We approach diversity by tackling big subjects and compelling stories. We find must-see on-screen talent, either brilliant practitioners in their field or talent that brings a huge audience. We work flexibly across genre and format, using the content to help shape the form of our programming.

We’re forward thinking and open minded, and interested in telling different kinds of stories.

Our first commission is The Trouble With Naipaul for BBC Four in which cultural critic, Shahidha Bari, examines the complex legacy of controversial Booker Prize winner V.S. Naipaul.

The team’s credits include some of the most popular and talked about specialist factual programmes over the last few years, including the Grierson-nominated Gary Younge’s Angry White and American (Sugar Films for Channel 4) and Bill Cosby: Fall of an American Icon (Sugar Films for BBC2).

Other credits include the long-running popular science hit Outrageous Acts of Science (October Films for Science Channel US) as well as commissioning Four Rooms (Channel 4) and The Food Hospital (Channel 4).
